Animals Need Help After House Fire
On 8/5/2011 the Neighbors home burnt down leaving it rendered a total loss. This family has been hit with hard times by recently losing their father 4 months ago and now their home. The family was out of town that day of the fire and came home to a nightmare. Local agencies will help the family but there is no one to help them with the animals.
This is where we come in, Through our Community Outreach Program we help families in need for what ever reason. However funds are low and we do not have them to help. They families owns 4 horses, a bull and 3 pigs, one which was struck by a car and killed. The family has no power so the animals are getting out, now water because the pump runs off of electricity. We can have water brought in as well as provide hay and feed for the animals, we have donated the family a solar powered fence charger,,as well as 2 round bails and 10 bales of hay.
We are now reaching out to the community to donate to our cause and the outreach center, Your donations is TAX DEDUCTIBLE. you can send my mail to VFHRN PO Box 566 Toledo, Ohio 43697

We were asked if we could take 19 Miniature horses and an Appaloosa horse. The situation was that the owner was diagnosed with cancer and she also was a victim of domestic violence and that she could not fight both the cancer and her husband. So she had made a decision to release the horses for both of their safety. We know the pain she must have went through to give up her dream, but to know they were safe and she could get out of the situation was such a big burden lifted off of her so she can focus on herself. We will keep her in our prayers and know that God knows what she needs. Here are a couple now in their new homes.
